WTC8 Terms & Conditions – Rules of Use for Malaysia's Online Entertainment Platform

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the WTC8 platform at wtc8.best, you expressly and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all additional guidelines in effect from time to time. • Each individual is only permitted to hold one WTC8 account only. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual — using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or device information — is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful. WTC8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly during the withdrawal process.
• The name on your WTC8 account must match the name on the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals. A name mismatch may result in the withdrawal being held until verification is complete.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that the contact information in your account is kept up to date. WTC8 is not liable for any losses arising from outdated or incorrect information.
• WTC8 reserves the right to decline or reject any registration application without providing a reason.

WTC8 takes the protection of minors and underage individuals extremely seriously. Access to the WTC8 platform is strictly limited to individuals aged 18 and above. This is an absolute requirement and cannot be compromised.

By registering a WTC8 account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. WTC8 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and may suspend or close an account and forfeit all balances if a member is found not to meet this minimum age requirement.

• The name on the e-wallet or bank account must match the name registered on the WTC8 account.
• WTC8 reserves the right to request identity verification (such as a copy of your MyKad) before approving your first withdrawal or any withdrawal of a significant amount.
• Any withdrawal suspected to be connected to fraudulent activity or bonus abuse may be withheld pending the outcome of an investigation.

WTC8 does not charge any withdrawal fees to members. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges in accordance with their respective terms of service.

WTC8 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All offers are subject to their own terms and conditions as stated in each promotion. The general terms applicable to all WTC8 bonuses are as follows:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirement as stated in each promotion's details. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first be played through the specified number of rounds.
• Each member is entitled to claim each type of promotion once only, unless otherwise stated in the promotion's terms.
• The welcome bonus is available exclusively to new members who register and make their first deposit. Accounts that have been previously closed and re-registered are not eligible for this bonus.
• WTC8 reserves the right to void any bonus suspected of being obtained through collusion or abuse, including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus.
• Once the wagering requirement is met, the bonus balance will be converted to withdrawable cash.
• All promotions have an expiry date. Bonuses that are not used before the expiry date will be automatically forfeited without compensation.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the WTC8 system. No cancellation of bets is permitted after confirmation, except under the circumstances outlined in our cancellation policy.
• If a match is postponed and resumes within 24 hours, all bets remain valid. If the match is cancelled, all bets will be voided and returned to the member's account.
• WTC8 reserves the right to void bets placed at published odds resulting from a technical error or incorrect information. In such cases, the full stake will be refunded.
• The use of insider information to place bets is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.
• For E-Sports betting, if a match is played with substitute players or a different team lineup from what was announced, WTC8 reserves the right to void the affected bets.

You are solely responsible for keeping your WTC8 account login details secure. WTC8 shall not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account if such access is due to your own negligence.

• Never share your WTC8 account password with anyone — including family members, friends, or anyone claiming to be WTC8 staff.
• Use a strong and unique password for your WTC8 account, and change it regularly for optimal security.
• WTC8 will never ask for your password via email, WhatsApp, Telegram, or any other communication channel.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) wherever available for an added layer of account security.
• Contact the WTC8 support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, or if you receive suspicious communications claiming to be from WTC8.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the WTC8 platform and may result in immediate account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Registering or using more than one WTC8 account to claim bonuses multiple times or to manipulate the system.
• Using automation software (bots), scripts, or any other technological tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions through strategies that go against the spirit of the offer.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate the outcome of any game, particularly in PvP poker.
• Using the WTC8 platform for any form of money laundering or unlawful financial transactions.
• Cheating, threatening, or harassing WTC8 staff or other members on the platform.
• Accessing the WTC8 platform from regions where it is prohibited by local law using a VPN or any other means of circumvention.

WTC8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at any time where there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or requests from relevant authorities.

Where an account is closed for valid reasons (not due to a violation), any remaining balance will be returned to the member via their usual payment method once the identity verification process is complete.

Conversely, if an account is closed due to a serious violation of these Terms — such as fraud, money laundering, or system abuse — WTC8 reserves the right to withhold the entire account balance without any compensation to the member concerned.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the WTC8 support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 3 business days.

WTC8 reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of the WTC8 platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Should negotiations fail, WTC8 reserves the right to select an appropriate dispute resolution forum under the relevant jurisdiction.

Should any provision of these Terms & Conditions be found invalid or unenforceable by a court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction, that provision alone shall be severed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
